These terms apply to purchases and use of the Stillglow Home store, hosted on Shopify. The store's operator and legal contact details are identified in the legal notice and contact information. Please review the product description, shipping policy, refund policy and privacy policy before ordering.

Products and information

Product features and included contents are described on each listing. Styled studio and room images are visualizations based on supplier photographs; lighting, color appearance and the mist effect can vary in actual use. The fireplace effect is decorative; this product is not a room heater. Follow the supplied manual.

Orders, prices and payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Any applicable taxes and the final total are shown at checkout before payment. Provide accurate billing, contact and delivery details. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of an order; if a stock, payment or listing error prevents fulfillment, we will contact you and provide the available resolution, including cancellation and refund where applicable. We will not charge a changed price without your agreement.

Shipping and cancellations

The store currently sells this product for delivery in the United States. See the shipping policy for free standard shipping, the supplier's estimated 3–7 day delivery range and tracking information. Estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Carrier selection is arranged by the supplier. Contact us promptly about cancellation or an address correction; changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment begins.

Returns and problems

Voluntary change-of-mind returns are not offered. See the refund policy for how to report a damaged, defective, incorrect or undelivered order and obtain assistance. The supplier's claim window does not override applicable customer rights. Contact us before sending back an item.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful material or interfere with store operation. You are responsible for ensuring that order and account information is accurate. Payment processing and other services may also be governed by the relevant provider's terms.

Privacy and content

Legal rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights, warranties or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or restricted. Disputes and applicable law are determined under the relevant legal rules; these terms do not remove mandatory consumer protections.
